i like it but the angle is bugging me. it looks like hes drilling into the side of the hole rather than straight in. i'd still buy it probably $5

FRICKINAWESOME on Jul 17 '07 I've heard that certain types of birds have actually evolved to using short sticks and other implements to try and "dig" and "pick" out worms and bugs from areas they couldn't get to without them. However, i have seen nothing in scholarly journels about birds using power tools yet. But hey, if zombies can learn how to use a powerdrill like in the latest Romero masterstroke, maybe birds ain't so far of a long shot. Fantastic composition and the blue shirt is most certainly the best. Great work. 4$

i like the concept a lot but i don't think the woodpecker needs to look distressed like the tree.... maybe just fill him in solid blue?

I think the hole is too big, as it looks like he's just probing it instead of drilling it. Maybe shrink the hole and then add some wood shavings falling down.

About my design
Woodpeckers can't be expected to headbang all the time. When they get a headache, they resort to the modern way of doing things. Cordless drills- they're very modern. But seriously, this actually happens.
Looks great on Brown and brilliant on Light Blue, also looks good on black- (links to colour variations and bigger image on my profile).
Uses 5 colours plus the shirt colour.
