I like the look of the mime, it's the other guy that looks off somehow.. it reminds me of awesome 60's popart in a way, maybe try to make it more stylized and resubmit? great idea!

I really like the style, but the victim's pants kinda fade into the shirt itself. I think a more detailed picture would detract from it.
