I like, but I think you have too much detail in the face.
Either put more in the other elements, or take some out on the face.

no more skulls. the skull and fire trend died long ago. no more skulls, headphones, hearts, meaninless circles, 45 degree lines or anything else that goes along with that! you do have a cool style though. just apply it to something other than a skull because no one will wear a teeshirt that is just a skull on the front.
