Well, actually, it's s' only if the name is either mythological or historical. So, Jesus or Moses or Odysseus all warrant an s'. However, common names, "Cornelius" probably included, that end in s warrant an s's.
That said, I'm sure that you can actually get away with writing it however you want. |
