I agree, without knowing the title the design losses something. I didn't understand it before i read the title.

maybe some of the syringes could have text "facing outward" that says TRANQUILIZER or something.

I like it. I don't think it needs a title, but maybe some clarification that they are tranquilizer darts and not syringes or throwing darts would make it a little stronger.

Maybe make them shorter?

I like DeChance's idea. It adds an extra humour factor to it.

If the front read 'Ehm, aren't supposed to be sleeping?' or even 'Bleeding' with just one dart and then on the back you had several darts.

Its clever though, original and I love the style.
