the bible belt is a part of the southern USA that is extremely religious. mainly baptist and church of christ, but all of the religions are influential. i know because i live in it. i'm assuming that this shirt is saying that even in the bible belt, christianity is becoming less prevelant. i would wear this, but only because i actually live here.

look people... I'm not trying to change the world and I certainly have no ill-will toward christians or christianity... I'm also not trying to please everyone... Something struck me and I ran with the concept. Certainly not everyone the scours the endless pages of threadless is gay... but the gay pride shirt resonated with enough people to get printed. Also, I redisigned the shirt because I had another view of it popped into my head. I didn't want to wait to get back a score and then re-sub... I do my work and I submit it... then the community does what it will...

I was just asking what you personally had in mind. If you were going for deliberate ambiguity then fine, but if you're hiding your meaning in case people get pissed off, then grow some balls.

It's not a question of what I am conveying... it's a statement, it's a piece of work based on some lyrics that holds meaning in me and alot of my friends... I don't care if it pisses people off... The bible belt is the religious pandemonium that seems to be tightening in the area I live and all throughout the midwest and south... and no one can deny... nevermind one's personal feelings... that christianity is growing more and more prevalent in our society... Not about right or wrong... mostly it's meant to be humorous.

Just, if it's a statement you should be able to say what it's stating. :P Which you pretty much have done now, so thanks. I think I agree with it, although the excess of ellipses obfuscate things a bit.

Also: I just noticed a grammatical mistake. :( I changed "ellipses" to "excess of ellipses" but forgot to correspondingly change "obfuscate" to "obfuscates".
