This is a really awesome design. I love the colors. The only thing I'd change is maybe thin out the white halo around the design. Otherwise I'll give it a 4.

You're obviously a skilled artist, but I'm kind of lost on this one. I don't understand what's happening here, and the character isn't intriguing enough to make me overlook that. I think you should consider getting rid of the outline and drips as well- as near as I can tell, they don't have anything to do with the rest of this. Of course since I don't understand this one I could easily be wrong about that :)
