I think there's a shirt with a similar concept in the book 300% Cotton by Helen Walters - it's a bit different (they have dotted lines all over the shirt to convert it to a tank and like a half-shirt).

still, I like the color choice here.

A good concept. The type could change though, and a little icon of an illustration would lift this tee very well. Also a second color would be refreshing.
