the art is off-putting to me (sorry), but I love the concept. Something other than eagle or shark, maybe a kids motif?

I think that his design looks even better then mine here.
You think I remember every cool image I saw in my life? ( or even this year?) No -- I get inspired. I take it with me in as mental bagage, when I design something.

Might as well say I stole the whole eagle, stole the text bubbles that someone somewhere have used. You know what else I probably setup this whole E vs S movie just to make this design.

Both have the cartoon/b&w photo element with a colored dot, but that's more of a style rip than a actual concept rip. Influenced heavily, yes. Stolen, no. it'd be more questionable if the cartoon style parts were more similar and if the word bubbles were absent. I love the word bubbles, btw. That's what makes this design for me.
And lol, this is the definition of awkward- wearing an animal head in hopes that it will cause people not to notice you neglected to wear pants.
