Yeah--- dis was a test. I see the picture is distorted. I guess I HAVE to use the PSD template and flatten it... I thought just the thumbnail had specific dimensions.
Okay, now that I see how this works, I'll try to work up some better executions here (of better ideas, obv). This was just an old piece of art I had lying around... and it really looks even worse all distorted.
I can't imagine anyone would want to wear a shirt that says "FREAK" in such big letters anyway.
Sorry to the Threadless team for my several attempts at submitting this stinker. My next submission will be FLAWLESS, I tell you!
i really like the design here, generally speaking of course, considering the distortion. but really, once you get it straightened out, I think you might have something going for you here. but lose the freak.
Just want to address the Silverchair issue raised above-- I've always disliked Silverchair and so I know nothing about their artwork whatsoever. I don't even think I might have absorbed it in passing. I literally give them zero attention. This style is very dated and nothing special. If I changed it a little, it could look like Ward Cleaver or Bob. Or something from the CSA Archives.
Jeez, I just Googled "Silverchair Freak"... you've got to be kidding me! Similar styles?!? There's s painterly illustration of a guy covered in tattoos holding his head, not even showing his face. Man, you've sure got me confused if you're being serious...
