So I took everyone's comments and redid my original submission. It's a simple design/concept, and maybe even cheesy, but I like it. I'm not sure about the 'U' on the sleeve, though, so we can make do without it.

I love it, but the heart's in kind of a weird place.

I, for one, don't see the need for the U on the sleeve, and I think I'm also missing the "brilliance" of the U being on the sleeve. Could someone please elaborate why this is so great? I mean, the whole concept is that we are "missng" the U, so putting the U on the sleeve just makes people see the heart and get the concept at first, but then they'll see that the U isn't, in fact, missing, and is just out of place and say, "Wait, I don't get it." Seriously, could someone point out what I'm missing? That'd be greatly appreciated. As for the positioning of the heart, I think it's PERFECT and brilliant where it's at, considering it is positioned in the same spot that the actual human heart would be positioned in the body. Keep it where it is. :)
