I agree about the polarity controversy. I'd like to think that my girlfriend and I are attracted to each other. That, is easily fixable though.

I just thought about what this would do for sales. Sales would effectively double... since for each one sold, there would be a second one sold as well. I can't forsee anyone buying just half of the pair... then again some people are a little strange.

Well, this shirt might bring about some awkward situations worthy of the Eagles VS Sharks concept. A lot of people at my school buy Threadless tees so I could totally see this happening:
Girl and Boy who have never talked buy the blue and red shirt respectively. They have a class together and they wear the shirt on the same day by coincidence. Their eyes meet and- awkward silence. So I think the situations that this tee will invoke will definitely fit the concept. |

Given the contest, I think the same poles design actually works. Visually, they belong together, but they are awkwardly pushed apart due to the poles. lol Super cute. I love it. $5

FRICKINAWESOME on Jul 03 '07 If one was on one side and the other on one on the backside, this would make more sense to be printed. however, that would kinda kill some of the point of the design. This is the kinda thing Threadless would print around Valentine's Day in a 2-for-one package deal. This design will probably be saved until then. Clever concept, although it just depresses the hell out of me.

I'm sure someone has already mentioned that there are no magnetic monopoles, but it's worth repeating because due to that this shirt doesn't make too much sense... it's impossible
