I like "Capitol of War" better, although this is more effective as a political t-shirt than "Capitol."

I think I like this one better then capital was a little more clever but I would buy either of them if one was printed. I like that this one plays off of a street sign. I give it a 5.

I love this design. I'd love it even more if you lost the text and trying to make it s sign. I think just the Capitol building done that way directly on the backround would be the mosr awesome.
