I love the style of the face, but not the concept.

Sorry, but I can't say that I like this. Parts of it seem like you want it realistic, while others are more whimsical. It's a little simple, too... and I'm unsure if this is a boy or a girl? I'm sorry to sound so negative and rude, but next time try submitting to the critiquing section first.
