AND it reminds me of the squirrel from Ice Age, the little guy jsut loved that acorn too much *sigh*

Very cute...but change the clouds around. Maybe have a couple above him by the balloon but not right next to him (distracts from his cuteness) and the one all the way to the left isn't necessary.

Happy Tree Friends was my first thought, too. That aside, this doesn't have much in the way of content. A beaver holding on to a helium balloon too long? Ok. So? I'm not bashing it, just saying it is not much of a concept. The good news is that you can draw better than 80% of the other artists who submit, so you'll nail it sooner or later. Just keep at it.
