I don't really think it all ties in right the whole ecofriendly thing and the plants/animals. It needs more.

Somehow my original statement didn't go through...

Anyways... this is just a really simple design with a really positive social message. As I wrote before if and that is a HUGE if any money is collected from this design half of it will be donated to a ecological friendly charity of threadless' choice on behalf of me and threadless.

I was gonna say, gotta be printed on organic cotton or some equivalent and water based inks or non-plastic screens.

Thing is it's not going to happen. You're in no position to tell threadless what they do with the money they earn. What you should have done was contacted them about a "love's" for the environment or something. Then you could have subbed this.

Dear tobasco,

I'm talking more about the prize money thats awarded if its chosen.

Thanks for the comments so far peoples, keep em coming and I love CONSTRUCTIVE CRITIQUES so please say something and vote generously for the sake of the environment.

ecofriendly hard to read.

I don't really like it, but you've married the concept and design perfectly. 3

yeah the handwritten ecofriendly is a bit hard on the eyes, and probably could/should be perfected but for now lets just pretend all hippies and environmentalist babes have poor penmanship...thanks for pointing that out though mates, and keep the comments coming.

This seems like a T-shirt people would only buy during a charity event, or get free from a charity event for donating. What you do with the prize money shouldn't be put on here because it influences the voting, but then who's to know if you donate the money after. Even if you donated half, you still get the other half, when really the shirt wasn't the best out of the competition

Anyways DamnOptimism you make some valid points but to justify this design I will argue them for you, because I am sure others have had those same questions.

- There are plenty of ways to proove a donation, donation slip (they give it to you for tax returns), I could attempt to get a higherup in the charity to wear the shirt for a picture, the possibilities are endless. I believe in the environment even though I may joke about it and so I will donate it, IF I win some.

- The great thing about shirt designs are that they are subjective, what's neat about this simple design is that its all over the map in in its approval rating. I'm just glad that there are other people out there who want something, cool, simple, and concious on their shirts.

- I want the environment to have my babies.

A shirt should win because it is the best design, not because people want to feel good about donating. You could have made an awesome design, won, and donated money to a charity all WITHOUT telling us what a good person you are. I don't enojy being campaigned to.

but, I do like this shirt :)

No one here shoulve vote souly on the fact that they too have a passion for the environment and would love to know they helped make a small contribution. They should vote on the design itself, the concept and charity aspects of it should just be gravy (obviously ecofriendly peta friendly gravy made from tofu).

I am glad you like the shirt though
