The red line going into the border is bugging me slightly as well... And I would take the scar-lines on the bottom off as well. I like the sense of 3D-ish-ness though.

But you never have a line through 2 or 5 tally marks...only 4, then it shows the fifth...? The design is a little plain for my liking.
