Sometimes livetrace is not your friend- you would have been much, much better off drawing these. At the very least the slug should be drawn- people don't typically encounter enough slugs in their daily lives to allow them to recognize one based on that image (especially since the slug is at such a weird angle). I think a Critique would have helped you get this concept to its full potential.

I like the banana, but the slug does need to be-well-more sluggish...maybe give him some gooo from behind him, make him a little rounder, with more dots maybe, and defiently clearer antena.

This is awful. Your slug looks like a turd. And the rest is just sloppy. The colours are absolutely horrible.
