I like the idea of a nerdy deer. I like the idea of framed art on a shirt, with the framed being peering out at the viewer. But for some reason, the two together just doesn't work for me.

For me, the paintings almost look like they are behind the deer and not hanging on him, so much of the point gets lost. 4 from me...

Maybe if the elk came out of the frame, sort of half in and half out, like the frame couldn't hold him? That would make it less square, anyway.
