I like the kitty's 1 little tooth. The 'rest of the design' is great!! There is nothing else to change besides the "lick" factor. So maybe just turn the dog's body a little, so it is clear the kitty is just sticking his tongue out at the dog. 5

If the kitty was turned just a bit, people wouldn't get the buttlicking impression. I got it, too, at first. Change that, and this is 5$!

yes, the distance in the new version takes away the lick factor. that is better, but i also agree with janelle6267 that turning the dogs body or cats body could also work. changing body position would also silence anyone who thinks the distance disconnects the kitty and puppy. i like this design a lot.

The texture on the cat and his face should probably be more refined and less human-like... you could even make the cat more like a cat by making him walk away from the puppy with his tail in the air, aloof and elegant, taunting outright like that isn't like any cat I've known.
