good design, but I agree the arrows should be smaller, different shapes, or nothing at all, good job, but dont print on a hanes or huge tee

Thanks so much for the input. Wallace, I like your ideas...I didn't want to get rid of the arrows completely, because I think a shape there adds something. So, maybe smaller, or different shapes like you said. Thanks!
