i really love the textures/glowy look
i agree that navy might be a better background color and i kinda wish the clouds were more elongated, and individualized further than they are now, and that the whole thing stretched across the shirt more (instead of the roughly round compact composition you have now) it's still a 5 |

Very cool art... the green cloud bothers me a bit, though, it's a bit distracting. And I didn't get the "target" thing at first - I think it might work better if you added an extra line?

The colours, composition, execution, everything about this is fantastic. I only have a problem with the little icons that looks like the target logo. Not sure what that is all about.

I hated that the skull was the first thing I saw, because I'm tired of all the skulls on t-shirts these days, on hardcore and cute stuff. But then the colors and design blew me away. I want it. I can get over the skull
