i don't really understand it. nor did anyone else your first time around. if a design isn't voted popular once, it isn't likely to be picked up the second time around either if you haven't changed a thing about it.

Your last design got a 1.28 and now you added thought bubbles that make it look like he's cutting off his penis? The character is nicely drawn, but this concept is monsterous. I will be shocked if you even get .01 higher than your last score.

Man, no one wants to wear a shirt with dismembered penis-arrows. You have some good illustration skills, you should use them towards something that has a better chance.

I like the little guy by himself.....no penis-cutting scissors or thought bubbles. To me this design only suggests you are mad at a man for something.....so mad that you want to go Lorena Bobbitt on him.
