These colours are lovely! It's a very interesting design. I don't know if the text needs to be there. Also, the target and lines on the left are very distracting. Rework this and it could be a hit!

Water's my element, and I loooooooooove this shirt! Beautiful colors and art! Remove the text and it's as good as sold.

I like it. The girl drew my eye, and then the rest of the design failed to disappoint. The colors are nice, and it even has a slightly technological bent to it. I even like the text. Superior - $5.
