I have a friend who would love this. She actually says PSST! to get folks' attention. The ears don't work for me, though. But I love the hands and speech bubble. Maybe you could just place one giant ear on the left? Because I like the concept.

I really like your style & idea, but I did have difficulty seeing those objects as ears. I know they're stylized, but out of context (detatched) it is hard to read.
