I think this could have been better executed. Sure, it's a cute Threadless-y idea, but there's so much more you can do with it... Have other figures hugging in the background or something maybe?? Right now the idea just doesn't come across without the title.

I like it bery much, however, it looks more like he's SHRUGGING than reaching out for a hug, to me ?

I agree with you that it needs something else on the T. His body ends too abrubtly. Don't take any notice of the can't draw comments, the cactus face is well executed and very expressive. Some people don't understand things that are stylistically different.

move cactus to very bottom of shirt, make him slightly larger and make the fact he's extending his arms towards you more apprant. as i see him "Shrugging"
i liked this design, either this or the cute little chainsaw one should get printed.
