This was a joke on the British comedy show Modern Toss. They had a skit called customer services, where people would ring in with random and stupid complaints. One was a guy who swallowed a seed, and then a tree grew out of his mouth.

I love it, it's retroawesome. All I'm wondering is if the "no seeds" illustration in the lower right corner will be included somewhere on the shirt? I didn't entirely get it until I saw it, and if maybe the mother had a speech bubble with that illustration inside, it would make even more sense.
