I wish they had white shirts. Hopefully this will be close enough. I was also thinking about khaki. This idea came about from working on a poster while I was frustrated. I produced some high energy work so to speak, never really making a poster I liked but whatever it gave me ideas for this. Then I took the idea and illustrated it as shown here. I think it makes a very bold statement and would be very interesting to wear. I then thought of a whole series for this marriage of line and type. I don't know if every piece will have the splotch, it only works in a few situations. I'd hate to use the ink splatter in an inappropriate way :)

I definitely like your use of text, but I'm just not sure about the image. The reason I say i'm not so sure isn't so much because of the subject matter, but just the positioning maybe. The picture seems to be covered too much. you get the gist of it, but it's entirely covered by the text. I like the premise, but I just don't know what seems to be either missing or just changed generally.

i looks like she's been shot in the ass with a paintball or worse. i'd feel like a dork wearing it. i think your idea has merit but the execution is poor.

oh S on me. She's supposed to be in front of the word ART.....it got screwed up in the flash when i copied it over. thank you so much britannica.... and i double checked my vellum at least I didn't screw up on my screen.. phew :) I guess I have to resubmit :( too many problems grrr screw it all
