I love the idea, but it either needs to be draw more cartoon/surreal or more realsitic, at the moment its look slike a kids drawing. I love the idea of Pegasus making clouds though! I'm going to fail it so you can start again.

I really like your concept, but.... the artwork would be more appealing if it were more realistic, in my opinion. At the present moment it grates on my aesthetic sensibilites. :-/
