Ok, I see Harry Potter and Fantasia. I know nothing about LotR, so I'll assume the main character is from there. Is the wand/staff doing the Donald's weird hand-cobra motion?

Not really liking the concept too much (i think it needs something else), but the fact i love all the things you referenced (except the apprentice) and that this is absolutly stunning imagery is almost reason enough for me to $ this one.
