The arm that has fallen off is too flat. It looks more like a glove. Thicken it up so it matches the other arm better. And actually the arm that is off should be the one in front, so it is more visible to the viewers.

I like the color and placement. Perhaps place your title "You always hurt the one you love" on the sleeve?

Move it to the left a bit and maybe down a bit, and sort out the arm and it'll be sweet.
