Nice concept. Not to sure about the white outlines. Maybe no white outlines and reduce the yellow stripes on the jackets to see thru to the shirt. Made me laugh.

dude I friggin love tetris but I've yet to see a tetris shirt I actually like :(
oh and agreeing with Murdasol713...the reason it's called tetris is because each shape is made up of 4 squares...so the L piece has one too many |

i really love the design, but i think it would look even better if the tetris peices were each a different color, or the shirt was a different colour. Great job though!!
