I agree with mj00... This is really nice, but showing the culprit would push it into "amazing" territory.

Especially if the spray painter is on the back of the shirt where the cop can't find him/her.

BUT I'm going to go ahead what you already know: nice work!!

I'm not any authority on anatomy but for me, assuming the head stays the same size, it feels as though the torso should should be wider and longer, legs need to be longer and bulkier, shoulders broader and the arm holding the shield needs to be longer. The foreshortening on the baton arm is okay although you should add a lot more contrast to suggest more depth and it also feels like the elbow to wrist section is too tubular and long.

Again, bigger shield would be nice, although you might have to swing the perspective a little so that the bigger shield doesn't obscure the lovely details of the figure. If you added a can or a culprit be careful in doing so, right now I feel the composition works well, and that's something you should treasure.
