I only really noticed the resemblance to the forest spirit after I finished this design, which is weird because I love that movie.

i know this is old but so what, i want to comment anyway. for some reason this reminds me of something napolean dynamite would have in his sketchbook (although more skilled) and that is NOT a bad thing. pretty cool, and different.
