The big mass that's all the same color keeps me staring at it for a minute or two, hoping to find a reason why it is there... Other than that and the pouty mouth, I'm likin' this.

tommybeans, I really like your style. Have you tried drawing inanimate objects at all? I think it would be cool to see you step out of the "pretty people" box a bit and experiment. I'd love to see how your sensibility comes across with something non-living. I suspect that you'd give it a lot of personality :)

i cant see why people tell people to try something new when they already seem to have found their style and create it so well.
just looking through your designs i really like what your doing. i just think a lot of them are a bit feminine for my taste. i prefer the simpler work though.

I would say put it as a side placement, that way the face can become a bit more in focus while still preserving the abstract hair design.

p.s: I think lime green would be incredible for a shirt color, but I think it would have to be select to have those kinds of shirt colors available...
