So this'll be glow-in-the-dark then right? No one has conquered that yet with fireflies, an obvious match with the glowiness of the ink been used so far. Incredible presentation coupled with an incredible design and sense of childhood wonder and imagination = 4$ from me!
Seriously people, she just took the name and it's obviously about a subject that's completely different from the documentary (which i have not seen admittedly). Don't NOT like this just because of the title. If you must, just rename it "Light it Up, Mr. Firefly!" or something suitably inane if that'll help you forget! |

than the design, don't take that as an insult; i mean, the presentation is ridiculously awesome and the design is just plain old awesome. i'm not sure i like how the kid is so defined while the trees have this haf-tone thing going on. $5 anyway. |

lovely movie grave of the fireflies. the design is brilliant and i'm madly in love w/ the glow. but when the shirt is worn on the model, the boy kinda.. doesn't fit... he sorta reminds me of peter pan for some odd reason.. like vbarnhart said, he runs into the jar. i think i'd like it w/o the boy.. but that kinda defeats the story. maybe if you could have the boy sitting down and holding the jar? well.. doesn't have to be sitting but something like that.
but i'd buy it. it would also be lovely on a long sleeved shirt. |

I really think people were distracted by the flash presentation and didn't really look at the design before commenting. I am normally not that critical, but there are a lot of amazing illustrations on this site that scored way lower than this. The technique/execution of this is simply not on par.
