FRICKINAWESOME on Jun 07 '07 I really like the idea and the night-time scene, i just wish you had the easter island head higher up from the ground so you could instatnly tell the birds were flying them onto the island...maybe one more coming in in the sky crossing over the moon? Still, a great concept executed very nicely.

i really like this. the concept is very james and the giant peach of you.
and don't raise the head higher, your shadows are enough to let people know that it's in the air. no need for the instant stuff. $5 |

ah this is great! i love those heads, and the concept to this is awesome!
the only thing i have to say is that the head that the birds are carrying, i didn't realize it was off of the ground. (maybe put the shadow closer, and make it longer) Other than that, its great - $5 |

Johnny Baboon on Jun 09 '07 i have never seen an easter island related sub on threadless before i did mine. i had mine in crits for awhile before i pushed it into the running. i'm not hinting at plagiarism, but hint hint. it is very curious thats all. but still thank you for all the comments and such.

If only they'd actually done that, then Rapa Nui's agriculture wouldn't have been destroyed for hundreds of years.
Great idea. As FRIKENAWESOME pointed out, it would be more obvious if the head carried by the birds was higher up. I'd drop the whole thing down in size (just a bit so as to not lose detail), then raise the one head half an inch. |
