I think it's a clever way of using the copyright symbol in an unexpected way. The concept is very strong. I'm just not so sure about the thick stroke around the whole thing. I'd just ditch the stroke completely. Maybe after that some different colors. Orange on red or even the white on red. Not a big fan of red shirts but I think it'd be stronger without that outline.

The outline is meant to evoke a thought bubble, emphasising the word create.

The copyright symbol should have an even optical weight and placement with the rest of the work. Right now, it appears raised and as a symbol, heavy, as the character c, light. I do like the concept though, and am rating you positively.
