.passion, I'd recommend that you do a lot more brainstorming and sketching before submitting. Browse through some of the other submissions and learn from those. I also think it is probably a mistake for you to focus on vectors at this stage, go hand drawn (on paper, then scan it- drawing directly on the computer probably won't deliver the results you want).

i agree with scanning it first. it actually works better than you think. it also depends on the program you are using to draw, some are easier than others. i'm guessing your using illustrator though...
and maybe you didn't notice, but the c is a little off center.

dude, i understand that u r trying really hard, but the illistration is not the problem, its just a bad idea. Its sorta cheezy and its not the "threadless" style. Im not trying to be mean, but im just laying it out their. Good luck in the future.

I'm right there with you, I'm new to this. The only design I've submitted so far was a flop, but I thought of several improvements five minutes after I submitted and it was too late. My suggestion is to take your design through a critique before you submit. That way you'll get helpful suggestions from your fellow threadless lovers. :)
