This is a really literal interpretation, and I'm not really a big fan. The primary color scheme is kind of blah, as well.

i would really like it actually if you had more than one person to see that it was a parade.

ya if i redo it, ill add some shadow outline of more band members and the cloud directly above.

and its not suppossed to be a huge parade, im feeding more off the qoute, just using a band person to get it across.

Fix the colors and hand the guy an instrument and I'd vote a larger score. I'm a band geek my self (even into college) and this shirt speaks to all of us ever caught in the rain at a parade, function, or practice. As my band teacher said: "It's not raining 'til I SAY it's raining!"

Look up the Blue Devils Drum and Bugle group--their uniform and color scheme will work well with the design (blue/grey/black/white).
