Poor little man, doomed. At least it'll never acctually hit him. Or maybe it's worse to be forever expecting it? Lawls~ $5

Yay! it's up!
My internet has been down all day due to a power outage in my block last night, so I've been wondering if this had gotten up yet. Thanks for the comments so far. |

I'd like it with the man bigger and on the bottom left and the meteor still coming at him from the right shoulder. Nice idea!
I like it. I think perhaps giving your umbrella man a simple environment to exist in (even just a horizon line) would help this look even better.

You know meteorology has to do with weather right? Unless you're meaning the meteor is just major weather. Just making sure.
hahaha i love it! very interesting and amusing! great illustration i love the obviously hand-drawn almost doodle effect =)
I love the expression on the guy's face. You can hear him yelling, "GYAAAAAH." I don't think that meteor stands a chance.

I like this, though it sorta reminds me of this one, which I desperately want reprinted:
Captain Bellyflop $5, duck and cover |

agreed with stiricide... change the angle of the meteor/umbrella a bit and bring the guy further down the shirt.
nah, keep the man small and make the meteor much much bigger, so you would really get the 'epic' showdown. just an idea. i do like it
i like the placement and the size, anything else would be too awkward unless you changed the style making it more textured.
as is, 4. i like it, funny =] |

Thank you all so very much for your support/ suggestions. I'm working on a resub right now to use if this doesn't do well.
maybe if you put the man in the bottom left corner and had the meteor/comet's tail swooping from the right shoulder across the chest to the bottom left corner?
Overall, this idea is great. Good job |
