jacklmoore on May 30 '07 I tried to imply it was deforestation and not forest fires, thats I included the cut trees. Slash/Burn to clear land, which does causes extreme erosion of the soil.

hmm i like the concept, but it's not clear that it's slash/burn as opposed to a forest fire. i initially thought it was a forest fire and i thought "shouldn't it be deforestation?". um. yeah, i dunno how to fix it since you do have stumps! i dunno.
but i love the art and concept :] |

First off I want to say I would buy every earth awarness shirt, so I love it. But forest fires aren't always bad. So unless you put a boyscout lighting off fireworks in there somewhere I think it should be something else. Maybe a crop duster or something.

great way to create awarenesses. Even though it's not man made fires that in forests creating the desert area, its a good idea. Maybe instead depict bulldozers and other machines clearing the forest to fully represent your idea.
