I don't think it's a font, it looks handwritten. And I like the handwriting style but don't really like the slogan nor the overall design.

jillustration on May 24 '07 actually it looks like the font that the dept store gordman's uses - see here http://www.gordmans.com/ . Not exactly the same but similar. And yes, PLEASE submit these to the slogan part of this website. these are not really designs.
