This guy's subs are kinda becoming something that i despise so much on a very personal level, but i do so live the comments sections to every one of his designs....im sooo conflicted! How bout only one or two designs a month to keep the insult train for these kinds of well-deserved mockery going?

I've had a change of heart on this design. I had given this design a 3, but I'm changing this one to a $5. It's a simple design, but thats one of the things I love about it.

I'm changing my vote to a 5 since this didn't get dropped..h ahaaha

what is up with you people? since when was this a way to insult a person? if you cant provide constructive criticism than you are nothing more than some asshole yelling at someone they dont know, either way, designers dont act this way, they enforce a positive outlook into things, never a put down, since when was it okay to act like this? -_-

I think what people are upset about is the number of slogans Cookie had submitted as "designs". Some feel (not unjustifiably) that these have been bordering on spam. Granted, this one is a little better than some of his other work, but I suspect that Mr. Cook is actually enjoying this. He might be playing up to his local UK blog readership by making the Threadless community look like arseholes, or maybe he's just a stirrer. If you look at some of his work from 'o5, you can see he has a strong design base.



Anyway - there's definitely an "all's fair in love and submissions" process happening here. As you said, he's been a Threadless member for years. He knows the score.



Personally - and for several contradictory reasons - I can't wait for his next sub!

people are really mean. i tip my hat to anyone who has a design thats accepted by threadless. i'd love to be able to do it. i have heaps of ideas but not the right technology. i like this. dont stop submitting!

I'm actually REALLY excited to see this score on this one tommorrow. And matress, don't be too impressed; you'd be surprised the stuff that Threadless lets slip throgh the cracks of its filtering system at this point.

I strongly believe this will crack 1.00!
