The lack of detail on the subject sorta kills it for me. Maybe less traffic signesque. Cool idea.

I'm having a problem with the font-- it would look much better if it was hand written, or in something more organic looking.

Cool concept, poorly executed. The figure needs to look more realistic in order to match the style of the rest of the drawing, and the "SOS" should look handwritten, not typed on a computer. Because why would anyone type a message in a bottle on the computer?

I especially like the water on this, it's very well done. All I would change with this design is the man, he's a little too simple compared to the rest of the design.

You could also put the bottle above the island so it looks more centered on the shirt.

I agree with Javguerre. little bit more detail on the little man. The water is too organic to be beside a stick man.
And i like the positioning, very phalic. |

I really like the color scheme of this but it would be better if placed more in the middle-top area. I thought the stick figure was an "N" at first..
and yeah, the SOS should be lettering and not font. But I like the concept. :) |

the man doesn't seem right, he DOES look like an N. Fix up the little dude and it'll be great.

Yeah, the guy reminds me of a bathroom. And he looks like some wierd letter "n"
