My thoughts excactly :) It would be cool with a little more details, a shadow and a bit more 3D-feeling... And light green as the t-shirt colour would be good :)

Slightly more detail, and maybe over the breast pocket area, or in a corner - it looks too big taking up the whole shirt

More detail is definitely needed. Your drawing is based on the mushroom Amanita muscaria. There are a lot of neat facts about it (i.e. some strains are hallucinogenic in certain countries and poisonous in others, was highly prized in ancient shamanistic cultures). Try doing a google search for some inspiration.
