Edwin Newbetter
He loved hearing the stories associated with the names "Tommy Fingers," "Thumbellina Jane," "Donald The Swap." He used to dream of hearing his own name passed around in the whispers of legends in those quiet circles of thieves who took pride in their work.

Time marched on, however, and the names were whispered less and less. Went the way of snake oil peddler, the circus strongman, the fortune teller. The last secret heroes of a dusty sepia-toned America got shuffled heartlessly into the category of "Criminals."

Why is it cut off so abruptly?

is it possible to switch the front design to the back, vise versa?

I think the back image should be complete (not cut-off) and on the front.

I don't get the cut off either. But if it was finished and on the front this would be cool!

What's with the cut on the back? it sort of looks like a mistake cause the art is sweet.

agree with the no cut. it just looks odd. and not in a good way. i really like the design but you gotta make the front squares bigger. and maybe longer rectangles..? i really like the long look and it would work with his long face.

Oup! Yeah, the face was finished, but I snapped at the last minute and boxed the bottom off...It can be brought back with no probs.

Thanks for the feedback, folks!

The difference in style between the front and the back bugs me. I'm afraid I have no suggestion about how to fix that. I agree with the others about the switch back to front. I hate it when I can't see the best part of a tee while I wear it. (I'm probably the only one who gets it anyway!)

yeah, those were the good ol' days when pickpockets all had clever repetitive similar nicknames. lets immortalize them.
whatever. the graphic for #2 is pretty odd.
(and the whole face cut off thing.)

i'd probably skip the front entirely. the face looks like a good illustration (kind of have to imagine the whole thing) & the graphics on the front look quickly pasted/contrasted from somewhere else.

I like the idea, but maybe there is a better way to convey it. The back and front are awesome but don't really seem to connect to each other. I love the drawing though!!!! Really good! Try reworking it. I would so buy this!!!!

Great artwork. I'm not sure if this is the best workout of the concept, however you've got the potential, so keep it up
