definately lose the text. maybe even lose the thought bubble.. but the skull is cute. maybe put the skull on his body or on the top of his head. as for the placement, i'd go with the bottom corner.

(because he's your worst nightmare! he he) Yeah i think a bottom corner if you're going to keep the text, it cuts the t-shirt in a strange place or something (bad explanation.. sorry) or just a little bigger and same place without text.. i like the five legs... makes you giggle. i'm glad it was pointed out...
