i love this idea and concept. but i don't like how they're in line for medicine.

I like the design, but I don't care for the color scheme. Also, the sign should make a reference to vaccination or a cure , not a check up. Or just get rid of the sign altogether -- that the nurse is handing out syringes is a strong visual statement in itself.

If you do keep the sign, it should follow the design style of the people (no outline, block lettering for easier reading).
