I think it could be bigger and more expansive - with more going on, but it's pretty cool.

At the same time, I'm personally becoming a little tired of amorphous blob worms with eyes. Never thought I'd hear that sentence...

I second 13strong's sentiments, but the colours are really nice and vibrant. It's definitely the best amorphous blob design I've seen after Et Cetera. 4!

The teeth kind of overwhelm the rest of the image... otherwise it's pretty good. Not your best... but submit some more okay!

Like some of the other folks have said, I think your recent subs aren't scoring as well because of the amorphous blob explosion the subs on Threadless have had since the success of "ameroba boogie" and "et cetera". I love pretty much all your works Adam, but I think you should take a break from this style for a bit. Colors and placement is fantastic as usual tho.
